Robert Racine, Esq. Bio*

 

Robert Racine has been a member of the Bars of both California and Maine for almost 25 years. The emphasis of his practice has been employment and wrongful termination cases and he has handled more than 300 such cases in both State and Federal Courts, including appeals. A litigator and advocate of note, on July 7, 1988 one of his clients received a verdict which included $10,750,150.00 in punitive damages which is still the largest such award in U.S. history based on a violation of Civil Rights tried in Federal Court.
