 Robert Racine has been a member of the Bars of both California and Maine for almost 25 years. The emphasis of his practice has been employment and wrongful termination cases and he has handled more than 300 such cases in both State and Federal Courts, including appeals. A litigator and advocate of note, on July 7, 1988 one of his clients received a verdict which included $10,750,150.00 in punitive damages which is still the largest such award in U.S. history based on a violation of Civil Rights tried in Federal Court. Mr. Racine is a respected Trial Lawyer in California.
Robert McNamera is a civil trial attorney with many years of experience in civil litigation matters. He will be concentrating on personal injury and business matters.

Yurik Khodjasarian has been in the worker's compensation industry since 1990. For 12 years, Mr. Khodjasarian has worked for two workers' compensation insurers as a senior claims adjuster and a hearing representative. He has graduated from Glendale University College of Law on June 4, 2005 with a Juris Doctrine degree, and he is preparing to take the California Bar Examination. For the last 6 years, he has worked for our law firm as a Hearing Representative assisting Attorney Albert Abkarian in representing injured workers in their workers' compensation actions.
